Planned Maintenance

We have many years' experience of providing planned maintenance and refurbishment works for a wide range of private and public-sector clients. We have extensive experience of working in partnership with a wide range of housing organisations.

We work with a number of long standing clients to provide value for money planned maintenance and refurbishment services delivering high quality outputs on time and to budget.

Every project is given a nominated contract manager and Tenant Liaison Officer who will act as the main liaison point for the client / customer. They will co-ordinate everything from health and safety to liaison with the client's planned works department including CDM coordinator.
