About Us

F. T. Finley & Co Ltd was formed in 1976 by Fred Finley and his wife Barbara working on social housing projects and building extensions and has now grown into a high-quality building, maintenance and services company with the two sons Nick and Jay now part of the senior management team. We have extensive experience in managing responsive maintenance, planned works and refurbishments for local authorities, housing associations, private landlords and schools. F. T. Finley & Co Ltd has 3 bases in the Stockport area covering the whole of the North West Region.

We provide a full range of building skills from joiners, plumbers, electricians, decorators, roofers, ground workers, plasterers, bricklayers, gas engineers, in addition to other specialist services.

The well being of our employees is paramount to our operations. We are committed towards OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001: and have achieved the Investors in People standard.
